Information you submit

Our forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, request details, and, when relevant, property and preferred move-in timing. Reinvent Rentals uses these details to review your request, follow up with you, and manage rental interest or maintenance.

How requests are handled

Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database and reviewed through an owner-only inbox. They are not automatically sent to a real estate agent. Our hosting provider processes this information to operate the site. We also use short-lived rate-limit counters derived from your network address, or email if the address is unavailable, to limit automated submissions.

Rental interest

Joining an interest list is not a rental application, approval, reservation, or guarantee of availability. Do not submit Social Security numbers, identification documents, financial account numbers, or screening reports through these forms.

Your choices

To update your details, ask to be removed from an interest list, or request deletion of information you submitted, contact kristinh@reinventrentals.com. Requests remain available for follow-up until removed; archiving a request does not delete it. Please use email for privacy requests.
